This includes a full post-install cleanup of home and property, and trash removal. Our company owner then follows up with each customer to ensure that the installation met their expectations and that no outstanding issues remain unresolved.

Superior takes its environmental responsibilities seriously
First off, all our panels are made with 40% recycled steel, and at the end of their 50-70-year life span can themselves be recycled.
During the installation of a Superior steel roof we do not strip off the existing shingles. This means no waste or messy cleanup, and no cost to haul and dispose of waste shingles. Reducing the impact on landfill sites matters; some 1.25 million tonnes of asphalt-based roofing materials alone are discarded in Canadian landfills annually.

Our cross-strapping method acts as a ventilation system, creating an air space between the new steel roof and the old asphalt shingles. This effectively turns old asphalt shingles into a layer of insulation, helping to keep your attic cooler.
In addition to higher insulation value, the ridge venting along our panels’ peaks quickly removes heat before it condenses moisture in the attic, while helping to cool the attic space in the summer, saving on energy costs.
Strong and virtually everything-proof
Our panels use a unique folded edge to increase rigidity, making your roof walkable, improving contact between panels and creating a watertight seal. Made with 26-gauge, double galvanized 40% recycled steel, coated with a flexible and durable silicone-modified polyester (SMP) finish, our panels exceed industry standards. Panel design can also be customized to match a home’s architectural features.
